Katherine Kay Margaret Hartman entered eternal life to be with her Savior Jesus on Saturday, September 20, 2008, at the age of 70. Born in Oshkosh, Kay was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith and joined in marriage to Robert Hartman on August 6, 1960, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Oshkosh. A graduate of Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, she taught in Lutheran and public ... Arlington?s annual Town Day celebration began Friday night with fireworks and pony rides.
