Quick, what do the Beer Barrel Roll, Beer Stein Race and Polka Dash all have in common? A Big Easy favorite, Pat O'Brien's, is due to open at HarborWalk Village Oct. It is difficult to imagine a more fitting town for this weekend's Oktoberfest celebration than St. Florian, a town rich in German heritage.Oktoberfest both honors that heritage and takes a look at what the town has to offer today.
