  • Fan of brewery tour writes poem (The Observer-Dispatch)

    Mark Sachetti of Watertown didn?t grow up in Utica, but he is familiar with the talking Schultz and Dooley beer steins that have served as mascots for the F.X. Matt Brewing Co. When Sachetti heard news of Thursday?s fire at the brewery, he wrote a short poem answering the question: What would Schultz and Dooley think?
